OUR PROCESS
- Present sales proposal and execute contract
- Apply for ARB approval (if necessary)
- Pull permit
- Inspect site and re-measure for quality control by Production Manager
- Order materials
- Installation is scheduled with customer/client for coordination with dedicated contractors
- Inspection of existing siding and make any necessary repairs
- Install house wrap moisture barrier and insulation board over existing siding
- Install vinyl siding on home
- Walkthrough with homeowner and perform any unfinished punch list items
- Receive final payment
