1. Present sales proposal and execute contract
2. Pull permit
3. Inspect site and re-measure for quality control by Production Manager
4. Order windows
5. Windows are custom built (1-2 weeks)
6. Windows are delivered to our warehouse
7. Installation is scheduled with customer/client
8. Existing windows are removed
9. New windows are installed
10. Exterior trim is capped, caulked, and sealed.
11. Windows are cleaned
12. Walkthrough with homeowner
13. Receive final payment
